A Great Adoption Inservice

Yesterday, I gave up my Saturday to attend an Arizona inservice on infant adoption options. It was a great update and covered everything from the emotions of the adoption triad to Arizona law. It was well-organized and funded by a grant... so it was free CEUs for us, a nice lunch and good conversation. I always look forward to vacations. But the reality is that I also feel that I pay for them, both before and after. On the About Mental Health site, I noticed an article on the subject, "Do Vacations Really Help?"  A summer 2002 survey of 1000 Americans by the Gallup organization found that most of us return from vacation more tired then when we left.
