Lindsey Lohan Case - Will the Co-Dependent Behavior Ever End?

So, once again, Lindsey Lohan, is out of jail.... and not in a treatment facility either. This article in the Los Angeles Times questions  whether Lohan is receiving special treatment. I'd like to ask, why she is not IN treatment?
